Healthy Banana Cinnamon Roll Muffin Recipe

Here’s what I’ve been snackin’ on…

BLEND:

3 ripe bananas

2 cups almond flour

1/3 cup almond butter

1/3 cup hemp hearts

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tbsp cinnamon

3/4 cup unsweetened oat milk

fill baking cups, bake at 375 for 25 min, I added some coconut icing and chopped walnuts on mine for a lil crunch.
